When an item is "Out of Stock" in the online store, can I still buy it in the physical store?

Do the online store and the physical store have the same products?

All products available at www.honeybeestore.pt can also be found in our physical store in Leça da Palmeira. However, there may be items in our physical store that are not available in our online store! How can I make an online purchase?

Shopping at Honey Bee Online Store is very simple: use the “Decoration and Furniture”, “Toys”, “Childcare”, “Clothing and Accessories” tabs or the search bar to find your products. You can also refine your search with various available parameters, such as brand, price or color.

Once you have found one or more items that you like, click on BUY/ADD TO CART to add your product to your shopping cart. Finally, check everything that is on your list by clicking on the shopping cart in the top right corner of your screen. To finalize your order, click on Finalize Order and follow the steps.

What payment methods are available and is it safe to pay with my credit card?

You can pay with your debit card using a specific Multibanco Entity and Reference, created specifically for each purchase. You can also pay using the MBway app on your phone, with a time limit for accepting the payment in your app. You can also pay using a Visa or Mastercard credit card, using the Paypal platform.

To pay with a debit card, you do not need to provide any information about it. You can simply use your online bank or an ATM to make the payment.

Credit card payments are directed to the secure payment site, which guarantees the security of your account and data. Honey Bee Store does not have access to its customers' credit card data.

Payments declined

Try one of the following options:

1. Check that the card details are correct. For example, check the billing address associated with the card or the card's expiration date.

2. Make sure you have entered the security code correctly: the last three digits found on the back of your card. 3. Contact your bank to check if there is a problem with your card. 4. If none of these tips help, try making the payment with another payment method.
