These Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase apply to The Honey Bee Store website, located at http://www.honeybeestore.pt. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any item. You should understand that by purchasing any of our products you agree to these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) define the use of the website http://www.honeybeestore.pt (hereinafter “Website”) by users (hereinafter “User”) and their relationship with our brand (hereinafter “We”, “our”). Please read all articles carefully as they affect your rights and duties under current legislation.
By placing an order on the Website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from an adult to shop with us) and accept these terms and conditions which apply to all orders placed or to be placed with The Honey Bee Store for the sale or supply of any products. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed and signed by us.
- Agreement
The General Terms and Conditions presented here apply to all offers contained in this Website issued by The Honey Bee Store, owned by Marta Cardoso Teixeira Pinto, Individual Entrepreneur, with NIF 245 377 077, with registered office at Travessa Helena Vieira da Silva, 21, 4450-573 Matosinhos.
The Honey Bee Store only accepts orders for products through this website, subject to these terms and conditions of sale. The general terms and conditions of sale are the only ones that apply and replace all other terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Honey Bee Store reserves the right to freely modify this pre-contractual information in order to adapt it to the applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice, and therefore it is necessary that these be consulted each time you visit the Website. We consider that whenever an order is validated, the Customer is automatically accepting our General Terms and Conditions .
The Honey Bee Store also reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time, without prior notice, the presentation and content of the website, its services and general conditions of use, with the exception of contracts already concluded and in execution.
The user undertakes to use this website in compliance with the provisions of applicable legislation, refraining from using the website for activities that are contrary to the law, morality and good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties.
The Website may have links to other websites, which may contain useful information/tools for its users. These general conditions will not apply to third-party websites. Therefore, if the user visits another website, redirected from our website, he/she must comply with its privacy policy.

Payment Methods
The Honey Bee Store accepts payment by Visa, Multibanco, PayPal and bank transfer. You can pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account or your credit or debit card. If you wish to pay by Multibanco, you will receive the respective details at the time of purchase. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you must send proof of payment to the email geral@honeybeestore.pt indicating the order number in the subject line.
All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We reserve the right to hold your payment within 24 hours. In the event that your payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified via the email address provided.
If you do not want us to attempt to process your payment again, please cancel your order before processing.
We authorize the use of promotional codes strictly on the terms and conditions under which they were issued, which, among other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum order value. You should familiarize yourself with these terms and conditions before placing your order as we reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders that do not comply with these Terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged.

For the convenience of our customers, the Website may include links to other websites or material beyond our control. Please be advised that we are not responsible for such websites or material and do not review or endorse them. We will not be liable for the privacy practices or content of such websites or for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused in connection with our use of or reliance on any advertising, content, products, materials or services available on such websites or external media.
- Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available, you will be notified by email (or other means if no email address has been provided) and you may choose to wait for the product to become available from stock or cancel your order. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase our goods or services and we reserve the right to refuse such offers at any time. You acknowledge that the automated confirmation of your order does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase any products or services advertised on the Website. A contract between Us and you will take place when:
- there is room for payment of the said order or;
- we dispatch the goods or commence the services, whichever is the later, at which point an email will be sent to you confirming that the contract has been concluded (“Dispatch Confirmation”).
The contract will only relate to those goods or services whose dispatch has been confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
We will take all reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure and, in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Products sold on the Website are not for resale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts that we believe are ordering products in violation of this provision.
It is your responsibility to assume the risk of the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address specified when you placed your order. We accept no liability where an incorrect delivery address is provided or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address specified.
However, the risk of loss or damage to the products will only be your responsibility after delivery to the delivery address.
The Honey Bee Store entrusts the delivery of your orders to an external transport service, sending the product(s) ordered on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
Orders are dispatched within one business day after receipt of payment. Deliveries are made via a carrier in XXXX, according to the method selected by the customer. This delivery time applies to products in stock at the time of purchase and for which a different delivery time is not indicated.
The costs applied to shipping the order are the responsibility of the customer, and for each order an automatic calculation of this value is made during the check-out process, based on the number of items, their weight and dimensions. Purchases worth 60 euros or more and with a delivery address in mainland Portugal benefit from free shipping.
You can collect your order free of charge from The Honey Bee Store, located at Travessa Helena Vieira da Silva, 21, 4450-573 Matosinhos, on weekdays and Saturdays between 10am and 12:30pm and 2:30pm and 6:30pm. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email asking you to contact The Honey Bee Store to schedule the collection of your order.
The Honey Bee Store will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, and will refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from becoming aware of the unavailability.
Delivery is considered to have been made upon signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

Prices
The availability of products presented on the website is limited to the stock available at any given time. Prices and other descriptions are subject to change without prior notice, including due to stock replenishment. However, The Honey Bee Store undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical, typographical error, or any other error, which causes a substantial change not foreseen by The Honey Bee Store in the retail price, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly ridiculous, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
Shipping costs may be borne by the user and buyer (free for orders over €20), and are added to the total value of the selected products. The user will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process.
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes and fees (VAT). Prices shown are exclusive to purchases made through this website. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when the amount is debited from your account. Please note that the rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as indicated at the time of purchase. The price of each item includes VAT in Portugal (23%), but excludes shipping costs.
For other countries, prices do not include additional taxes, duties or fees regulated by any other applicable legislation. If necessary, the Customer will therefore have to foresee customs costs for imports, pay taxes and fees that may occur in the country of import.
- Purchasing Process
- The user must select the desired products and add them to the "Shopping Cart".
- After selecting the products, the user must provide the necessary data for delivery and payment.
- Before finalizing your purchase, you will be presented with a summary of your order, including the products, shipping costs, and the total amount.
- After confirming the order and payment, the user will receive an email with confirmation of the purchase and order details.
- Exchanges and Returns
As provided by law, The Honey Bee Store allows the exchange and return of items, as long as they comply with the rules established for this purpose:
- The product(s) does not show signs of use or handling;
- The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
- The product(s) are complete and were sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.
In case of non-compliance with these conditions, The Honey Bee Store reserves the right to refuse to return the items.
Requests for exchange or return must be addressed unequivocally to the email geral@honeybeestore.pt, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order. The cost of shipping for the exchange or return process is the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a return due to a defect or other non-conformity in relation to the products ordered, The Honey Bee Store assumes responsibility for collecting the item from the address indicated by the customer. Once the defect or anomaly has been confirmed, the exchange will be made for an item that is necessarily the same (same size and colour/pattern), unless out of stock.
The refund of the value inherent to the items will be made using a method to be agreed with the customer. The customer must inform which bank details to consider for this purpose. Any request for exchange or return must indicate the order number and evidence of the defect, if any.
Orders to be exchanged or returned must be sent by registered mail to The Honey Bee Store, located at Travessa Helena Vieira da Silva, 21, 4450-573 Matosinhos.
8. Cancellation of order
Any and all orders may be cancelled in the following situations:
- the products ordered are discontinued, not available for delivery or the wrong price is entered;
- Customer data is insufficient or false;
- Failure to pay for the order within 5 (five) days following the date on which it was definitively placed will result in its automatic cancellation.
- Intellectual property
The content of the Website is protected by copyright, trademarks, databases and other intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge that the material and content supplied as part of the Website will remain with us. You may browse and display the content of the Website on a monitor, store the content in electronic form on a disk (but not on a server or other network-connected storage device) or print one copy of the content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices.
You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Website.
- Processing and Security of Personal Data
In compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, The Honey Bee Store Customer and website user may, at any time, exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel and communicate their data in the following ways: in the area of the website designated as “My Account” or via geral@honeybeestore.pt . If you wish to cancel your email, you must do so using the email address that is in our database, otherwise we will be unable to remove it.
The Customer authorizes The Honey Bee Store to automatically process their personal data, including all data disclosed at the time of registration on the website, for the purposes necessary for contracting with the website, managing and executing purchases and respective records, access control, including the use of "cookies" technology, and these data may be accessed by service providers and suppliers of The Honey Bee Store , namely accounting and auditing companies.
The Customer authorizes The Honey Bee Store to disclose personal data to other companies belonging to the same group or to third parties based in Portugal for advertising purposes, including direct marketing, advertising, prospecting and market analysis, although the Customer may oppose such disclosure in the field on the website intended for this purpose.
- Other Rights and Responsibilities
Each registered Customer will choose a Username (email) that is unique, personal and non-transferable. The password is chosen by the Customer at the time of registration and must be kept secret.
All data and content on the website, including distinctive trade marks, are the exclusive property of The Honey Bee Store or third parties and as such are protected by law.
All products presented on the website are described as accurately as possible. However, users should read the descriptions carefully and, if in doubt, should contact The Honey Bee Store at geral@honeybeestore.pt .
The Honey Bee Store will not be liable for any losses or inconveniences arising from the use of the Internet, including, for example, as a result of the interruption or deficiency of the service and access, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure.
Newsletters sent by email are intended to publicize promotions and general information from The Honey Bee Store . The Customer may receive the Newsletter from the moment they subscribe.

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, applicable to distance contracts, you have the right to freely terminate a new contract, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of the order. If you wish, you can download, fill in and send, via email or post, the sample form that we provide below.
If you cancel your order and return it within the period indicated above, your payment will be refunded using the same method used to make it, no later than 14 days after we have received your communication and order.
To terminate the contract, follow these steps:

- Indicate that you have received the order;
- Sign the document.

- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Honey Bee Store reserves the right to change any information, including prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offering without prior notice. In the event of a product being out of stock, The Honey Bee Store has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid in any way the customer wishes. The Honey Bee Store must also notify the customer if there are equivalent products available.
